Cancellation Policy

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to all courses booked through Teal Creatives Limited, trading as Alan Brash Art. Teal Creatives Limited is the company you contract with when you book a course, and the name that will appear on your card or bank statement.

2. Cancelling your place

If you cancel 21 days or more before the course date, Teal Creatives Limited will issue a full refund.

If you cancel less than 21 days before the course date, or do not attend, no refund will be issued. At this point there is insufficient time to reliably fill the place, and a reduced group size affects the experience for other participants.

3. Alternatives to cancelling

Rather than cancel, you can instead:

• Transfer your place to another person, at any time up to the course date, free of charge. Just let us know the new attendee's name and contact details.
• Move to another date of the same course, free of charge, where a place is available.

Where neither of these is arranged, the cancellation terms above apply in full.

4. If we need to cancel

If Teal Creatives Limited needs to cancel or postpone a course — for example, due to insufficient numbers, illness, or unforeseen circumstances — you'll be offered a full refund or a free transfer to the next available date, whichever you prefer.
